At Beamzztop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your camera purchase. This policy explains our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The product is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., clearance, special orders, or opened software)

If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@aurasonali.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear reason for the return

  • Photos if the product is damaged or defective

Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization code if applicable.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Beamzztop is not responsible for returned items lost in transit


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, email support@aurasonali.com and we’ll guide you through the process.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software or digital goods

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items with signs of use, tampering, or physical damage not caused by shipping


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage or wrong item

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, free of charge
