  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free standard shipping (if applicable during a promotion).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package in real-time via the carrier’s website or through your Beamzztop account.

5. Delivery Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue to support@aurasonali.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • If eligible, a replacement or refund will be issued promptly.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the United States. International shipping will be introduced in the near future.
